The company was formed in 2005 primarily on the planning and architectural side, with the building services and energy consultancy becoming more of a priority in the past few years with the increased emphasis on this discipline by central government and local authorities alike.

Jason Doherty is a degree qualified Building Services Engineer with a keen interest in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.  He is also an authorised SAP and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor.  Jason’s knowledge and enthusiasm for this area of the business has proved invaluable with the ever increasing demand by Government, Local Authorities and the consumer.

Marie Doherty specialises in Town and Country Planning and residential Architectural design.  With a degree in Architectural Studies from Oxford Brookes University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Town and Country Planning, along with 10 years experience working for residential developers, Marie offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business. She is also an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) able to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for extended properties for building regulations approval, or for sale of rent.
